About Second Encore

Second Encore was initially launched in 2004 as a platform for independent musicians to get their music heard by decision makers in the business (i.e. A&R, entertainment lawyers, etc.), but a little website called MySpace showed up on the radar around the same time and - due to its tremendous popularity at a very quick rate - had basically driven SecondEncore.com (and other sites like it) into the ground. After fighting the good fight for a year or so (and hoping things would turn around), the decision was made to rename the company Second Encore Productions and turn it into a CD replication/band merchandise company, mostly due to the fact that Second Encore's owner, Chris Hereth, had several years of experience in this field.

Since then, Second Encore had seen a tremendous growth rate in a very short amount of time, working with several record labels, local independent musicians, and nationally-recognized artists including Damon Johnson (Alice Cooper, Thin Lizzy, Brother Cane), Rhonda Smith (Prince, Jeff Beck) and Clay Cook (Zac Brown Band). However, as the music industry continued to change (mostly due to the rise in popularity of mp3s), CD's weren't as in demand as they had been. Although Second Encore had seen CD replication projects decline over the recent years, other areas of Second Encore's services had been on the increase, which prompted the decision to again modify Second Encore's business model and focus more on web design, graphic design, and print products, thereby offering its services to a wider reach of potential customers.

Second Encore's primary focus is to continue to offer competitive rates and exceptional quality, while maintaining their number one goal of customer satisfaction.
